I did a lot of research on this suppressor and watched a lot of review video’s, however, in real life this suppressor is not as quiet as I thought it would be. I’m shooting a Glock 34, with subsonic rounds and it’s still very loud…you can choose to not wear ear plugs, but it’s uncomfortable.

I’ve only ever owned one silencer and have only ever fired pistols with one silencer, so, I cannot make an informed comparison. I will say when firing sub-sonic ammunition at plywood backed targets, I can hear the rounds hitting the wood!

This is a really great suppressor. I love that I can take it apart for cleaning. I especially love that I can put it on other calibers. The modularity of it has been very handy, I’ve replaced the end caps and used it for NRL22, I’ve added a trilug adapter and run it on an MP5. This thing can do just about everything!

The tax stamp arrived at seller’s on 26 June – just over 6 months after purchase of the item. This completes my complement: I already have 22/223 and 300BLK suppressors.
I will be testing this one with larger, slower bullets – I understand that >147gr rounds are barely subsonic at muzzle, and are accordingly ~10dB quieter than 115gr ones. That, added to the quieting from the suppressor, should be a substantial total effect. I’ll be doing this with a CZ Scorpion carbine, to see if the heavier bullets are still spun up at 100 yards from that weapon: science projects.

Works great on my Gen4 Glock 19. However, I thought I could attach out of the box but I ended up needing to order an adapter a LH Glock threads to camlock adapter from Griffin after receiving my suppressor. I’m new to these units and not familiar with the ins-and-outs of connectivity to different firearms.

For what they charge, they could provide written instructions (either online or in the box) that describe how to utilize/assemble the various parts in the box.
– There wasn’t even a parts list inside which would have allowed me to determine that I had the incorrect piston.

Instead, they direct you to a YouTube video featuring a guy with ADHD who doesn’t provide detailed instructions on anything. Even if he did, they shot it so far away that you cannot actually see what he is doing half the time.

The baffles rattle. I’ve only shot 5 bullets through it and i can’t get the rattling to go away. Is there some place I can send this to have it looked at? It appears that a couple of the bullets struck a baffle or two and the exit hole at the end of the suppressor.

This suppressor is for use by my Sig/Sauer P226. It has a CAM-LOK 13.5x1LH adapter which makes it deceptively easy to attach the adapter to the piston. I called your tech support people to make sure I was doing it right!
Shooting it at the range was a way cool experience. I was wondering why I became the only one shooting after a while; 11 other guys had stopped their shooting to watch me. When I turned around to get another ammo magazine from the table, I looked up and saw everyone looking at me. One guy said “Aw cool, he’s shooting a silencer!”
I don’t know, maybe they turned to look at me because they all were going BLAM BLAM BLAM and I was going thwack thwack thwack?
You guys have made an amazing and excellent product and I sure felt Clint Eastwood cool this morning.
PS I stopped by Ace Hardware to buy a pair of leather gloves. I was going to remove the suppressor from the pistol and got my left hand close to it and decided I better wait for it to cool down–took about 10 minutes.

Purchasing this product from silencer shop was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I was specifically consulted and recommended by silencer shop sales to purchase this suppressor, took my order over the phone, but I was not notified that the thread adapter was out of stock. 10 months passed, and after receiving the tax stamp, there are still no thread adapters available. Two months since receiving the stamp, still no thread adapter. No response from griffin. No apology or recommendation for other thread adapters option from silencer shop.

When you look at the receipt I purchased a silencer for a 9MM. I was sent a silencer for a 45 cal. The barrel threads I have is 1/2 X 28. The silencer is a 5/8 X 24. They don’t even make a threaded barrel for a 5/8 X 24 they make one for 5/8 X 28, so it won’t even fit a standard barrel replacement. So I am very disappointed right now with this purchase. There’s a $1000 down the drain.
