SilencerCo Salvo 12 Shotgun Suppressor
The Salvo 12 pioneered modular shotgun suppression. Run it at 6, 8, 10, or 12 inches to balance swing and signature; full-length average is a hearing-safe 136.8 dB at the muzzle with #7 shot. Weight ranges from 19.6 to 34.4 oz, so you choose the heft that feels right. Echo-pattern choke mounts let the can bolt to popular Remington, Benelli, Mossberg, and Browning platforms. The suppressor ships with a breech plug and Echo spanner wrench for quick setup, and it is rated for wadded shells up to 3 inches. Stay inside 1 550 fps on 16-inch-plus barrels (1 350 fps on 10- to 16-inch barrels) for best results, and avoid steel shot in tight chokes.

Very satisfied. 5 ⭐️

It’s stupid fun! I had a 14 inch barrel threaded for chokes at Briley in Houston, TX. Now I have very fun Shockwave. On my 26 in barrel is great too, but very long

This is what I believe to have been one of my silliest purchases. I bought it to put it on a Kel-Tec KSG 12 gauge bullpup shotgun. There was a strong consideration that I was throwing money down the drain. I couldn’t have been more wrong!
I took it out with 1 3/4 shells and it is hearing safe and no kick whatsoever. It is a blast (so to speak) to shoot..
I bought the different sized rods to shorten it, but don’t know if I will as it seems damn fine as it is. And yes, I nerded out and added a bunch of options…

Do not buy this. No choke tube adapters in stock anywhere and its been that way for 6 months. I paid 800 dollars for a suppressor I can’t even use. Silencerco customer service has been no help. Why do they keep making and selling this?

I cannot recommend this product given SilencerCo’s lack of support. I waited 342 days from the time I ordered the Salvo 12 until I received it due to the ATF. I’ve been waiting longer than that for SilencerCo to provide a choke adapter for a Benelli M4. If SilencerCo has the capacity to do month long BOGO deals on suppressors, they should have the capacity to make the REQUIRED accessories for the suppressors they have already sold. If you really want this suppressor, I recommend not buying it until you have the choke adapter you’ll need in your hands. Adapters for KSG, KS7, Saigas, and Vepr-12’s are readily available. The adapters for Benelli/Berettas have been unavailable for over a year. It’s inexcusable.
The suppressor itself seems to be high quality, but keep in mind that it is BIG and will dramatically change the characteristics of your gun in its full configuration. For example, mounted on a Kel-Tec KS7, which is about the shortest non-NFA shotgun available given its bullpup configuration and 18.5″ barrel, the total gun length is 39.5″. Without the suppressor the gun is 26″ long. Also, don’t have any misconceptions about having a “backyard quiet” shotgun with this suppressor. While it certainly takes the edge off the blast, and will make your gun hearing safe with subsonic loads, it is still very loud.

Worth every penny, lost it in a boating accident though, shucks! Very pleased with this, pleasantly surprised, easily no ear pro on buckshot, fantastic, dont believe the haters but just go in with average expecatations and you wont be disappointed.

One of the best shotgun supressors on the market. I like how it is modular.

Works great on “wadded” ammo. Just can’t run rifled slugs through it.

i just got it so i’ve only taken it out once but it was great to be able to shoot a 12ga without ear protection

Sweet looking can and great suppression!

Brings a supersonic standard round to hearing safe. I was confused because I heard a metallic clanging. ..it was just the bolt and carrier doing it’s job. Never heard that before!!

To start with understand this can at full length is 2 lbs so if you can’t man handle your shotgun before you might not be man enough for this. Now that said this is such a fun can to have. Just got back from shooting two full skeet courses and then some on the practice field. I put say 280-300 shells through this can and it was easy to break down and clean. There were a few like 2mm long pieces of wad but really nothing that would hinder the can. I will say for the shooter its a little bit quieter but for everyone near or behind you it is hearing safe and sounds really cool. Also, don’t be like the other people who are giving 1 star reviews and buy the adapter and maybe even the rods to change the length before you buy the can. Then you wont be sitting there thinking about how you just wasted your money and people like me get to laugh at your review.

This thing is Sick

Just like I had hoped! Tamed the 12 gauge and quiet! Should be a lot of fun for birds and predator hunting.

I was impressed on how quiet it makes a 12 Guage Shotgun!. . But not having the choke adapters Available for the most popular Models, , is completely Absurd. . You pay a grand for a Silencer, , be nice to have adapters Available. Just Saying.

item was in stock and tax stamp approved very quickly, very well made and looking forward to using it.

Loving this suppressor. Really changes the feel of a 12 gauge. Not sure why they don’t include the rods needed to change the size of the suppressor. They cost about $75 a piece to change them. And have to buy each size 6” 8” 10” separately.

Takes shooting 12g. To a new level!! Hearing safe out of 19.5″ A300 Beretta.
