The Griffin Resistance 22M is a 22lr suppressor that is constructed of aluminum. Weighing in at only 4.9 ounces, with a length of 4.75 inches, this Griffin suppressor is built to be low profile while still providing excellent noise reduction. The Griffin Resistance 22M is also user-serviceable using Griffin Armament’s parented HEDP™ baffle stack so cleaning is a breeze, even with dirty 22 ammo.
One giant cherry on top of this already sweet suppressor is that the Resistance 22M allows for a wide variety of mounting options beyond the included 1/2×28 direct thread adapter and is rated up to .223 Remington. Engineered to accept the Griffin 3-lug kit and Taper Mount interfaces (sold separately), your options for host firearms are virtually endless for this versatile rimfire suppressor. I put about 60 rounds through the suppressor at a slow rate of fire and the pressure caused it to slip the thread and I could not unscrew the suppressor muzzle end from the rest of the suppressor. Had to send it back to Griffin but the customer service was excellent!

Nice suppressor… larger diameter compared to the standard 1” rimfire cans but it does seem more quiet. Disassembly and cleaning is simple, and looks good on the end of my Buckmark and Savage 22 mag bolt action.

I really like this suppressor. I purchased this for use on my .22 and .22 mag rifles primarily for its ability to accept the minimalist blast shield taper mount adaptor. Being one of very few modular .22 cans, I can now run taper mount flash hiders on my 15-22s and other rifles as opposed to just the thread protector I had before to use with my direct thread pistol suppressor. It is a bit larger with the blast shield attached, but that extra volume also makes it insanely quiet. One lesson I learned, using an anti-seize coating such as fire clean on the baffles greatly aids in disassembly for cleaning.

I LOVE how small this thing is! My LCPII in 22LR runs better WITH this silencer on! Not only that but with the silencer attached it is only as big as a full size pistol, it is great! Sound signature using suppressor ammo was about that of a large nail gun, so comfortable enough for all day use.
