After doing quite a bit of research, I chose the Wolfman as my first Suppressor. I did so due to its versatility. I have a 9” 300 Blk Out pistol build, 9mm PCC, and a Glock 23 that I converted to 9mm and this can sounds AWESOME on all 3, especially when using the wipe. I couldn’t be happier with it. I started out using the Xeno mounting system on the Blackie and PCC and it worked great! I since have started using the Key Micro once those components became available again and the Key Micro system is fantastic. 1/2 x 28 Pistons for the Booster Assembly finally became available and the Wolfman sounds great on the G23. I did have a few feed issues running the long configuration, but when I put it in short, the 23 ran flawlessly and I could still shoot easily without ear pro. Sound mitigation with this can is way above expectations on all 3 hosts, especially the 300 BLK OUT. That thing absolutely roars by itself but with the Wolfman at the end, it’s a joy to shoot. I think the sound of the action running makes more noise than what’s coming from the muzzle. I have a couple AR’s in 5.56 and they are next. I am very excited to see how this can sounds on them. For a first can, I could not be happier with the versatility and modularity of the Wolfman!! One can to suppress everything I’ve mentioned is pretty amazing and the icing on the cake is Silencer Shop made this an absolutely painless process. I applied with a Single Shot Trust and was approved in just 2 months. I will close by saying Silencer Shop customer service is second to none!! I’ll be a customer for life! (I’ve already bought 2 more) Thank You Silencer Shop for your selection of great products and outstanding CS!!!

Great can! Run it on a 7.5″ 300BLK primarily and does great, definitely hearing safe. Have thrown it on my 5.56 a time or two and does just as good. Only complaint would be having to get a kimo adapter and muzzle device. But once purchased, the keymicro muzzle device and keymo adapter work great!

ive used it on my Sig MPX Copperhead and i like the results,i did have a couple of failures to eject several casing’s , but i will wait to put more rounds thru it to get it broken in a little more.

I had some trouble getting the direct thread mount off. In doing so, using the included wrenches, the finish was chipped off quite a bit from tool marks. I ended up having to use a wrench on the direct thread hexagon. I took it off to add the key micro adapter. I would suggest sending it lose or have a better tool suggestion. Other than that, it seems to be a quality piece. I would have liked to shoot through it several times before it looked as beat up as it does now.

I was looking for a shorter and quieter can for my HK SP5. I have a B&T RBS SQD that, while “looking cool” with its flush mount to the tri-lug adapter on the barrel, left much to be desired regarding sound suppression. I also had a SiCo Hybrid 46 that was very quiet at the expense of being a long can. The Wolfman, in short configuration, is just as quiet as the Hybrid 46 with what I consider to be a better tone. I haven’t tried it in the long configuration, but I would assume it would be quieter, but not by much. I prefer the compactness of the short configuration. Lastly, I am disappointed that the Dead Air tri-lug adapter protrudes from the rear of the Wolfman. I prefer a more flush-mount fit.

After watching countless YouTube reviews on 9mm suppressors I decided on the Dead Air Wolfman. When shooting it with the wipe on an Uzi Model B and aac 9mm 147gr subsonic rounds (965 fps) I thought would be a lot quieter than it is. It can still be heard 100-200 yards away. The build quality and machining is excellent it’s just not as quiet as you would expect. It was my first suppressor so lesson learned but I’m not sure I would spend $1k on it again honestly. Hope someone finds this useful

This is a great suppressor for my Glock9, AR 9 and my AR 5.56. The total process with the E File kiosk took 2 days 19 hours to receive a tax stamp. Great product and method of getting the tax stamp would highly recommend the Dead Air Wolfman and Silencershop. The whole EForm process silencershop kept me informed every time there was an update.

Thing is so quiet on my zf-5 WOW with subsonic ammo it feels like I’m shooting a pellet gun! Was surprised how gassy it is at the indoor range but hey nature of the beast. Very, very quiet! Cant wait to shoot it outdoors somewhere. Trilug adapter rocks too!

Runs quiet, looks great, and performs exactly as promised. The modular design is a big plus and makes it easy to switch between full and short configuration. I’m using it on a suppressed 9mm PCC with a direct thread mount, and the tone is deep and smooth with subsonic ammo. Build quality is excellent and it feels solid in hand. It’s not the lightest can out there, but the durability and flexibility more than make up for it.

Love it! Amazing on 300blk and love it on my 9mm PCC as well! The ability to change length gives you a great short package or extremely quiet in the long configuration. However I have noticed there’s a limit to suppression on blowback 9mm PCCs, cause the sound from the port during cycling is louder than the suppressed muzzle. Not the suppressor’s fault.
