Can’t beat a Dead Air!
Lorenzo Williams –
I love the silencer; I purchased a second one a month afterward for my other 22LR.
Allen T –
Built tough
David B –
Process was easy, everything was very straight forward and handled in house at my local gun shop via Silencer Shop kiosk. Lead time was 9 days from final submittal vs approval(including weekends). After picking it up I went straight to the range. The can performed as advertised. I was shooting CCI Silencer rds, 970 fps. Extremely quiet and exactly what I was looking for. No issue with excessive blowback. I will be purchasing more in the future.

American guns in ammo, beautiful people. The owner is great. I love the people that work there that make you feel at home. I’ll give him 2 thumbs up. We’re taking care of of customers when they come in.
Barend –
This thing is awesome, even my supersonic hunting rounds are quiet.
steve dawson –
It is the best .22 LR suppressor I’ve ever used.
Matthew S –
Great product. Exceeded my expectations
Ryan D –
Noticeably heavier than aluminum alternatives, but I prefer the stouter construction. The first round “pop” is almost non-existent when compared to a SWR/SilencerCo Spectre 2. Overall a great item!
Garrett T –
It’s the most popular 22 suppressor for a reason.
Robert K –
Quiet, and quality!
Shane J –
Great for the price
Gary H –

I think the Mask does well. Not sure its amazing but seems ok
Joseph B –
Great suppressor, extremely well built, and made with the shooter in mind. A couple of things to point out – there is some gripe about the price, however, it’s not “just a .22lr suppressor”, it’s multi-cal that is suited for 17HMR – 5.7 which sets it apart from many others, especially being compatible with 5.7’s and 22MAG’s. Another thing to point out is that its a permanent suppressor for the arsenal, most .22lr suppressors are “disposable” in a sense whereas this one is built with components that will take an absolute beating while still functioning without issue – the suppressor itself wont take a pounding from the compatible calibers but it will take beating from lead/carbon build up due to the nature of the .22lr LRN, however it is very easy to clean. I know there are a ton of folks out there who are on the “suppressors don’t need to be cleaned” train, I’m on the same train myself to a point, but, .22lr’s do need to be cleaned and this allows that with a breeze. Also, DeadAir’s customer service is top notch, if there is an issue, you’ll actually talk to a human being, in my case the engineer of the suppressor as I had a question about it before I purchased.
My only gripe, which is very subjective as most people love this attribute, is the size of the suppressor. I find it to be very small. Functionally, its great and extremely quiet which is honestly the only thing that matters, but aesthetically when running it on a full size rifle it looks a bit goofy due to its small size – perfect match in size for pistols though!
All around, highly recommend, and yes, even for the price – it’s great and the user is thoroughly going to enjoy!

Great product
Jeffrey McKinney –
Best .22 supressor on the market, truly movie quiet. Great for hunting small game and fun for just plinking. Also, a huge shout out to my Class III dealer, Falling Skies Corporation.
Gordon Carlson –
Premium 22 suppressor. Very well pleased with my purchase and its performance. Highly recommended.
Shannon P –
This little thing is AMAZING and will quickly make you want to buy the next one before you leave the range. Super quiet and barely notice the added weight on the FN 502. My kiddos even want in on the action. Easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. Stop “thinking about it” and get the Dead Air Mask as soon as you can.
Shout out to Firearm Pharmacy for being a great partner with Silencer Shop and helping me navigate the process!!!
Mark Henson –
The sound reduction with standard velocity ammunition was disappointing. I could discern much if any sound reduction.
When using 700 fps “quiet” ammunition, it was very quiet. However, this is not what I intended to use.
When using CCI sub-sonic ammunition, it was significantly quieter than CCI mini-mag.
My disappointment is the suppressor does not help much with ammunition that is supersonic.
Zack H –
This 22 can was the fastest suppressor I’ve ever had approved only shot about 10 rounds through it minimal first round pop if any very quiet seems to be a well-built suppressor not the easiest to slide out the baffles from the main tube but comes with a proper end cap tool.
Johnnie B –
Its a 22 can, hard to mess it up. No issues thus far, would recommend to others.
John D –
Research showed top marks for the Dead Air Mask. I was not disappointed.
Pat Wade –

Absolutely Perfect Suppressor for My P322 – Whisper Quiet & Badass!
I picked up the Dead Air Mask 22 for my Sig Sauer P322, and I couldn’t be happier with this setup. Right out of the box, the build quality is solid—feels like it’s made to last. But the real magic happens when you send that first round downrange.
This thing is stupid quiet. No first-round pop, just a soft “thunk” as the round leaves the barrel. With subsonic ammo, all you hear is the action cycling and the round hitting the target. Even with standard velocity ammo, it still keeps things incredibly suppressed. It’s one of the quietest .22 suppressors I’ve ever shot.
Beyond the sound suppression, it’s super easy to clean thanks to the design. The baffles come apart without hassle, making maintenance a breeze. It also keeps blowback to a minimum, so shooting suppressed stays fun without a ton of extra mess.
Overall, the Dead Air Mask 22 is an absolute beast of a suppressor. If you’re running a P322 (or any other .22LR pistol/rifle), this is 100% worth it. Insanely quiet, well-built, and just pure fun to shoot. Highly recommend!
Ryan –
I put this on my 22/45 lite and and love it. Super quiet with both subsonic and LR. This product did not disappoint.
David Keller –
This suppressor looks great on my Ruger Mark 4 22/45. It is very light and very quiet. A real pleasure to shoot.
Michael W –
Not as quiet as my Wolfman, but that’s the tradeoff I accepted when I chose a smaller, lighter can for my 5.7 pistol. Removal requires a special wrench, which is not included (using the included disassembly tool removes the front cap, leaving the suppressor attached to the muzzle threads). It is possible to grab the ridges with a vise or regular wrench, but that scratches the paint (Cerakote?). Anything that requires a tool for disassembly should have a more durable finish like Nitride rather than paint.
James M –
From sound performance to build quality to ease of disassembly and cleaning – this is top notch. I was leaning toward another, less cost option but definitely glad I made this purchase. Seeing how these different models assemble made a difference for my purchase decision. This thing is sweet

Really tones down my .22 pistols………Lots of fun……..Makes me want more of them.
Steven B –
This is my second Dead Air suppressor, both have outstanding suppression, and excellent fit and quality, will buy again. Thanks
Floyd W –
Works great love it would recommend it
Geoff G –
Running it on a .22 rifle and pistol. Solid can, attaches and detaches nicely. Incredibly quiet with subsonic – Standard ammo. Just a ton of fun to shoot.
Justin J –
It does what it says on the box. My only gripe with the suppressor is that it came with a burr on the end cap where it meets the cylindrical casing. The finish was worn right out of the box in that spot and it kind of bugs me.
Cesar Viera –
This is a great addition to my 1022 that I get to shoot with my nieces and nephews we had a blast.
Jeremy H –
Great product, one of the best if not the best.
Michael H –
Finish seemed to scratch easy, but other than that, I love it.
