Solved my large frame AR issues.
About 3 yrs ago, with the help of some pro rifle builders, I built an 18” 308 AR with the intent of being suppressed at all times.
After a year of tuning, changing springs, BCG’s, charging handles, gas systems etc, I finally got it to work, but only with premium ammo.
The only factory ammo that would never give me any issue was Hornady Superformance SST in either 150 or 165.
Any other ammo would cause a stovepipe within
2 or 3 rounds.
Cheap ammo would FTE immediately.
At $40+ a box, the Hornady just wasn’t the answer.
After a year of back shelving it, I took it out to try again 2 months ago. Same issue.
Purchased the Flow Ti specifically for this gun and finally got to try it out yesterday.
I ran 160 rnds through it without a single issue. Even the cheapest steel cased Russian ammo fed like a champ for all 20rnds.
Issue solved. And even after all those rounds, I could take it off barehanded.
As a bonus, previously this rifle shot the SST 150 the best. Now it likes the 165(which I prefer). Averaging 2685 from 18”. Now that the HUXWRX has ended any doubts I had about this rifle, I’ll start handloading for it. Goal is 2725 with 168’s

I put this suppressor on o recently acquired Tavor 7 (308). It substantially reduced recoil and noise. I am contemplating acquiring another one for my SFAR.

I’m an engineer. I did extensive research about the suppressor and it is probably the best out there for suppression, versitility and safety. It runs up to 30 caliber and suppresses 5.56 even better than the dedicated suppressor from the same company. Look no further than this can. It’s simply amazing. It runs my bolt guns to .308 and my .223’s, both gas and bolt. You do not need to modify your gas system with it. 4 o’clock ejections even with a hot load.

Installed on AR-10 platform with a non-adjustable gas block. Performed perfectly as advertised; no increased back pressure, no interference with bolt cycling. Louder than a heavier .30 cal suppressor I have, but reasonable for the weight trade-off. Too bad it’s kind of pricey, but it does come with a mount (muzzle brake), and I would buy it again.

I’m so glad I went with this can. It’s only the higher side when it comes to price but sometimes you get what you pay for. I have 100 rounds through it and I can hardly believe how much this tamed down the noise and helped with recoil. I have it on my Ruger SFAR 308.
You will not be disappointed with this can. Flow through is the only way to go. 3d printed titanium, what else do you need.

I love the way the gas blows forward~~By far its best feature.
I bought 2 at the same time.. one is currently attached to7.5″ .300 AAC PSA .300 Blackout Pistol and it did a great job ~~ the other is on a high end .223 WYLDE Remington~~ and its is awesome

So it works phenomenally for my 300 aac both super and sub’s but it only makes my 5.56 and 308 hearing safe. Not outside of expectations, 5 stars for all the other quality of life features, to many to list here, I will be buying other hux cans but there are quieter cans out there so don’t have the wrong idea about it and you’ll love it. For anything larger than 300 aac it just sounds like a report that doesn’t make your ears ring.

No gas in the face, so that’s nice. Small, lightweight, took a couple of tries to get lined up installing it but works fine afterward.
Not as quiet as hyped, loud enough (indoor and outdoor) I’m not sure it really changes the game, so I need something else (300Blk). Beats nothing but I wish I’d bought something with more suppression, which is the whole point of a suppressor.
