This is a really lightweight suppressor at under 9 oz when equipped with a Rearden Titanium Atlas. I weighed the bare Flow Range 36 at 7.51 oz without any mount. The blast chamber showed that the distal ports/vanes are much smaller than the ones used on the Ventum 762, and I count about 11 baffles total. Where it differs from the Ventum is how it alternates the baffle designs. The ventum uses these “Descending stair” flow baffles (best way I can describe how they look) which has a 3 dimensional kind of flow. The Flow Range 36 alternates between those and more traditional looking Omega style baffles but with 3 clips (cuts) at the center. If you look at the blast chamber this is the first baffle used. Then it alternates with something similar to the Ventum baffle, then alternates back, etc…
The sound attenuation performance is very good – I don’t have quantitative data but it’s about onpar with the Ventum 762 for rifle cartridges no gas to the face. The fact it can handle up to 338 Lapua and weighs under 9 oz while being full auto rated is a really good bonus.

Incredible product. I purchased this for use with an 8.6 Blackout, but it has proven to be very versatile. So far, I have tested it with Sub Sonic and Super Sonic 300 Blackout, and it’s great. I’ve run it on a 16″ piston 556 gun, and it’s flawless. Possibly the best part is that it’s hub compatible. I have it paired with a Rearden adapter for Plan B muzzle devices.

Pros: it is really light weight. It is hub compatible. Minimal back pressure on gas guns
Cons: it is not as quiet as a sealed can. Works fine on semi auto pistols but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for a whisper quiet 300Blk
Over all it is a great hunting can that will fit everything from .224 pills to 338 Lapua
