The CGS Hyperion K is a short, 3D-printed titanium suppressor engineered for superior sound reduction and minimal added weight. Weighing just 10.2 ounces and measuring 6.3 inches, this .30-caliber suppressor offers excellent maneuverability without sacrificing performance. Its 1.75-inch diameter allows for effective baffle geometry, helping protect your hearing on everything from 6.5 Creedmoor to .308 or .300 BLK rifles that meet the 10-inch barrel minimum.
Its proprietary S-Line/PVD finish helps prevent carbon buildup, while the tapered thread mount ensures a tight seal and proper alignment. The Hyperion K also comes with a low-profile end cap for optimal sound suppression. For those seeking even less back pressure, an optional vented end cap (not included) can be installed to fine-tune performance to your liking.

Extremely well built, forward thinking design, strong, and good sound suppression. It might not be the quietest on the market but I wanted the shorter length for my hunting rifle, and who’s gonna notice 5-10 decibels difference? Not me.

I received my silencer 1year after applying. We went too the gun range to check it out, I have a
2 hunting rifles I put it on , I LOVED how quiet it sounded, I didn’t really need hearing protection.

This suppressor works well at making 300 blackout much quieter, but it was not cleaned out of titanium dust before I started shooting it. CGS should definitely put out a disclaimer about the titanium sand because it all got shoved back into the barrel of my gun and caused it to jam many times until I rinsed out the powder when I realized what was going on.

It’s light weight and short length are what helped me make my decision. Installed on a Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT in 308 with 16.5″ barrel, which is my go-to deer rifle. Not as quiet as my full length CGS Hyperion which was expected but still huge improvement over muzzle brake.

It’s a little pricey but my neighbor lives that he can hardly hear me shooting anymore on my range. I wanted more of a multitude can that fits all my firearms. Which my dealer over looked. And most of my firearms are 1/2×28 and their 5/8×24 and came with no adapter so I can run it on my AR’s.

Got this can for my sig mcx in 7.62×39 , works great , sounds great, looks great. I have not shot it with the given front cap as I ordered the vented front cap from cgs direct . It’s still very manageable sound wise with it vented . I will say if you plan on switching caps have a gun smith do it or soak it cause mine was on there .
