Set up your ATF eForms account at eforms.atf.gov. Make sure your email, name, and address match your Silencer Shop profile information exactly.
You’ll receive an email from Silencer Shop that says “Ready to Certify” and includes the phone number of your local Powered by Silencer Shop dealer. Set up a time to certify and submit the form to the ATF for processing.

As for “cons” as it were, just one- The Mount.
A message for YHM- Dump the Phantom QD mount. Just include the SRX mount with all your suppressors and save the weight, steel and production time and give your customers a superior QD mount day 1. I purchased an sRx QD mount system and couldn’t be happier with it.

I can’t say one negative thing about it. It looks awesome. My AR whispers bullets down range.. you can hear the bolt action and trigger click. If you haven’t purchased one, I’m not sure what you’re waiting on.

Based on the reviews, I was disappointed by the amount of gas in my face on a DI 16” AR. As a left hander this doesn’t work well for me. Switching to a flow system and using this as a secondary.

I bought this suppressor because I wanted to compare it to others twice its price. I use it on an 11.5” SBR and I really like it. Because it’s such a short barrel, it’s still louder than is hearing safe for extended fire, but it still protects you from that “pop”. It does a great job reducing recoil and gas blowback as well. I replaced the adapter with the SRX adapters from YHM which shaves off over an inch of length and quite a bit of weight. Personally I think YHM should give you these instead.

I have been leery of these low and reduced backpressure cans, assuming it was a lot of hype, but I was still curious. This can seemed like a solid choice to try out and not break the bank. I am really impressed with how it shoots. The first thing I noticed was the ejection pattern did not change when I attached the suppressor. After 5 or 6 magazines, I could still see the logo etching on my BCG, and my face was not covered in black gunk. Sound is very good; it has a slightly different tone than my old AAC can, but it’s not louder; it actually sounds a little quieter to my ear. The weight is probably the best part, as the rifle this now lives on (11.5″) still balances and handles like the can isn’t even there. YHM builds great suppressors at a great value. Don’t overlook them.
As for Silencer Shop, this was my first time using them, and all I can say is WOW. From the time I ordered the can until the day I picked it up, was 17 days, and most of that was just waiting on the shipping to my dealer. ATF approval was 1 business day. I don’t think the process could get any easier (unless of course the NFA was abolished, as it should be).
