Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, this Griffin Armament suppressor is rated to .300 Ultra Mag and delivers impressive sound reduction.
With a tool-less, user-serviceable design (with interlocking baffles), this suppressor is as convenient as it is effective. Even more, a stainless steel Griffin 5/8×24 muzzle brake is included with the Sportsman Ultra Light series, so attachment is always secure and you don’t need to worry about extra parts. It is well made with no machining marks that I can find. I’ve only shot a dozen or so subsonic rounds out my 8.5 inch 300 blackout, and it definetly meets my expectations for sound reduction and not affecting accuracy. It does however raise the point of impact just about 1 inch at 50 yards, but it groups as tight ever. All 12 rounds or so I shot into one target covered 1.1 inches, which for the ammo I was using (hornady sub-x), my blackout, and the rest I was using is the same or just a fraction less than without the suppressor. Midway just delivered yesterday a few hundred of the sub-x bullets and it’s time to reload them and see if I can do better than the factory rounds.

I have had my silencer for about four months now and I love it. I originally bought it to use for hog and coyote hunting but the performance is better than I imagined. I am shooting with it on my 223 to 300 win mag and couldn’t be happier. I would buy another one if I could figure out how to afford to shoot two rifles at a time!

This can works great on my 28 nosler, the only down side is its a little heavy for long hikes but I knew that going in. For the price you cant beat it.

I chose the UL300 over the Harvester because it was in stock, the harvester had an unknown lead time. I’ve since compared both in person and I’m glad I chose the UL300, quality seems better and it was quieter on my 308. 10/10 would recommend for a hunter.
