HUXWRX Ventum 762 Flow-Through HUB .30 Cal Suppressor
Ventum 762 brings HUXWRX Flow-Through tech to the HUB world with a serviceable 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium core inside a 17-4 stainless housing. It is HUB 1.375×24 compatible, so you can run direct thread or add QD systems like KeyMo, Xeno, ASR, Plan-B, and Rugged RUM using approved adapters. At 6.7 in length, 1.8 in diameter, and 14.5 oz without the mount, it stays compact while adding about 6.36 in past the muzzle with the included DT adapter. Rated for 5.56 through 7.62, 6.5, 300 WM, 300 PRC, and 30-06, the Ventum lists no barrel length restrictions, is full-auto ready, and has passed 6 SOCOM reliability cycles. Ships with a 5/8×24 direct thread adapter and runs a replaceable GeoFlash front cap for tone and flash control.

Good built suppressor. Looks nice on my ar15 in 6 arc. I don’t believe it’s quite as quiet as my Yankee hill suppressor. Haven’t tried it on anything other than a 6 arc.

I chose a Yankee Hill QD mount system with brake muzzle device to go with this suppressor for easy change to other rifles. I compared this suppressor to a Yankee hill suppressor on a 556 SBR. There is no noticeable difference in sound level between my 308AR with this suppressor and the 556 SBR. Supersonic ammo in both, so that is likely the reason. Recoil is tamed with my combo similar to Upsilon brake I had on 308AR before the suppressor. My son is a lefty, so the flow thru of this suppressor is a lot more comfortable for him with no noticeable blowback in his face from the action. Also tried it on the 556 to see how it compared to a dedicated 556 Yankee hill suppressor. Similar performance.
Both rifles suppressed with supersonic ammo should have some hearing protection at the range where more than a couple rounds are used, but won’t need much, just enough to limit the sonic crack. I used to use both earplugs and muffs with my AR308. Hunting, I would not need any hearing protection if firing only once or twice.

Great suppressor. I went with a key mount hub to use with my rifles. I have used it on many platforms but the ventum shines on my AUG’s and X95’s. I will try them on my other piston platforms too VHS MCX etc. On the X95 the gasketed ejection port cover was not necessary-the ventum made sure you didn’t have the dreaded gas-stache. On the AUG’s I didn’t need to turn the gas plug to the suppressor setting. They both operated like there was no suppressor-the sound was dampened well (as good as supersonic ammo can get). The noise was directed forward and away from the shooter which made for a pleasant experience. I like knowing running a ventum will minimize and additional wear associated with running a suppressor. My only gripe is weight-enough to make a significant but consistent poi shift on my free floated X95 and a little less on the AUG’s. I run a FFP mil lpvo on those so it’s easy to hold over or dial up accordingly.

The Ventum 7.62 performs well on my ARs. My AR 10 does not function well with my conventional suppressor, The Ventum’s flow through design seems to have cured the issue. My .300 blk SBR runs both supersonic and subsonic loads flawlessly. I am very satisfied.

One massive downside is that the front end cap comes practically glued it’s so bloody tight. Be prepared to suffer.

Got this as I can use it for all my rifles. Looking forward to use it on my 300 win mag during hunt season.so far I have used it on my .223, 300 blkout and 6.5 grendel. Works very well and very happy with my choice. Bought an adapter to be able to use with all my calibers.

The price on the Ventum 7.62 was just were I wanted to be at. I didn’t know how effective this would be since I shoot the .308 round, and was beyond impressed with this suppressor. Not only did it quiet the shots (my range neighbors were very happy with that), it also took a lot of recoil away. Would definitely recommend this to anyone shooting a .308/7.62. Worth every penny!!!

Works wonderfully with the new Surefire Hub. I have a couple hosts with a pinned Surefire muzzle device and wasn’t necessarily sold on the Surefire cans. Their mounts however are fantastic. The fact that I can pair this with whatever host adapter I want is incredible. The flow thru is very nice, doesn’t overgas your face on a semi-auto. Noticeably reduces most of the recoil and has a very nice tone to it. Very easy to maintain.
Do know; If you are using a surefire hub, the 7.62 and 5.56 adapters are different sizes, you’d need the correct hub for the caliber you are choosing.

I have been wanting a 30 cal can for several years. I just really hate the gas in my face and the extra fouling in my rifle. Plus, suppressor cleaning and maintenance isn’t much fun. This flow through can fixed them all at once. I didn’t get any extra gas in my face at all and I didn’t even have to adjust the rifle for gas pressure. Cleaning it is super easy as it’s one large baffle that comes right the front. I soaked it in clp, wiped it off and put it back in. It did a great job knocking my 300 black out to easily hearing safe. With subs, I can barely hear it all. I highly recommend this can.
