I seen lots of videos on this can and everyone talked about how quite it is and how small and compact it is. Yes it’s compact but it’s not quite at all , I have ran it with with petroleum jelly , and also tried it with water , if your looking for a designated 9mm can this is not the way to go , I have tan 3 other cans and all of them beat this one by far, a little upset but I guess you get what u pay for

Well, it won’t win any awards for quietest suppressor. I have tried it on a .22 semi rifle(Savage 64 Precision), .22 semi pistol(Kel Tec CP33), and a .32acp semi pistol(Beretta 81). None of which were “quiet”! However, it does accomplish what it’s advertised to do. It is small enough to be used on a carry weapon, and when “run wet”, it does dampen the muzzle blast enough to discharge about 6 or 7rds before it starts to get uncomfortable.

I purchased the CCX 9 to be a SHTF can for a bag. I like it very much. The only firearm that I have tried this on is a Springfield Echelon. It would not cycle 115 grain rounds, but 147 work well.

Won’t work with my M&P 9mm. Jams on every other shot. Just my experience and could be the combination of particular pistol and barrel.

The good: small and light. You can use your standard iron sights. Easy to clean.
The bad: smokes bad on first few rounds. Not really that quiet. Had to use tools at first to disassemble. Very hard to find one inch small wrenches! No instructions at all. No soft case.
Does a good job mitigating recoil on a Glock 17. Messy to wet with vaseline.

This silencer will only make it, so you don’t need ear protection. It is still quite loud.
Fit and function are good. Might be effective next to a very busy highway, or jet engine. Not your lawnmower.

Sometimes an item comes along and not many believe it’s good. Well, this is the perfect daily carry accessory for your pistol.
Just remember that it’s best with subsonic ammunition. I prefer 165 +P

But it doesn’t.
Won’t cycle when mounted on a Glock 43x or Canik MC9

Got approval in 36 hours. I love this suppressor. It lives on a 4.6″ M&P 2.0 with only three baffles its perfectly fin in appendix carry and it works with the holster I already used. With only 3 baffles its perfectly hearing safe for the first five or six rounds as long as its run wet with Vaseline. Its so light that no piston is required.

While it’s not as effective as a full size suppressor it is very effective for its intended purpose. It gets rid of the initial crack from standard 9mm . Size is small enough that standard sights can be used and tall suppressor sights are not needed although can be used if so desired. Without need for a piston it can be screwed on multiple weapons with ease. Works great on 22lr guns even with the 9mm end cap,although the 22 end cap does add to the reduction in noise level. Need to try various lenghts and ammo to fine tune but glad I picked this unit up instead of the dedicated 22lr can I was planning on,figured I can get it next if I enjoyed my first can.

Louder than most but It has it’s place in the suppressor world. Works with different ammo long and short on my Glock G43X, Glock G17, SIG P229 and SIG P365. However on my Glock G19 it is picky on the ammo when long but works on all when shorter. JK Armament said I may need to do some adjusting on the 19 which I would rather not have to do or I may have the dreaded limp wrist syndrome. OK. It is recommended to shoot wet and to let cool after about 30 rounds. If your going to go to the range and blow several hundred rounds I would recommend a different and better suited suppressor for range use. I do like it for it’s purpose and it is priced right. It is hearing safe enough and small enough to be on a bedside gun in the close quarters of your home. It is on my 19 with the short one baffle version beside my bed in a drawer. In the short version it is very lightweight and carriable without having to worry about it being too long and having to compensate for it’s length. Also does not block the light you may have on your gun like bigger suppressors do. I have a low profile light and laser on the G19. Over all as I said it has it’s place and will work for you if you understand and use it’s capabilities. I like mine, it fits for what I’m using it for.

I was told to do this do that and watch a video. Very informational but NOT in my case. As everything that was talked about or said to do the two pistols I bought this product for had already been done many times over before the thought of buying this or just didn’t applied. The only things that applied to their product was greasing it up well with petroleum jelly and remove and replace baffles. These two things I tried on each pistol many, many times, NO GOOD! Four different makers and weights of ammo, two different pistols, three different marksmen same results, would not eject spent casings, sound didn’t change and performance on the target dropped 60 percent. For a .22 it might be OK, for a 9mm YUK.

Great suppressor. Have used it on several of my handguns and have noticed improvement in my target strike. The only one issue that I have found (not a ding on the product) as foretold on JK Armaments website that a recoil spring tune up may be necessary in some cases. The 18lb recoil spring is too heavy to cycle so I am replacing it with 15lb.
The sound suppression is great for the size and affordability of the CCX and the fact that the length can be modified makes it ideal for EDC if desired.
