The Putnik is the perfect suppressor for your modern AK. Designed to be as true to Russian design as possible, while incorporating the best baffle technology.
The Putnik features the same Patent Pending baffle technology as our Jolene line of suppressors, and also has something unique. This suppressor features a Tri-axial design that results in a very low backpressure suppressor compared to the competition.
Resilient Suppressors understands the concerns in the AK platform, as far as non concentric threads and loose tolerances. With this in mind they decided to do a progressive bore on the Putnik. This is not a sure fix, as each firearm will be different, inspect bore clearance with an alignment rod prior to use.

Can’t ever tell the difference in sound on my Ak compared to other high performing cans. Tried an Enticer-L, odb, and this can on it. All amazing. Obviously better than unsuppressed. What sets this apart? Looks. I guess function too. Less gassy than my enticer, and I like the tone and lack of FRP. It’s in fde so it matches the trashy wood on my wasr. I feel like I will like it more as time goes on. As they say in the motherland, povtoreniye mat’ ucheniya. Or das vidaniya. Whatever. Post a photo of it on Reddit and you’ll get upvotes. Any time I take people who haven’t shot suppressed out they like either this can/gun setup or an mp5. This complements one of the three most classic rifles of all time. If you love the Ak platform you should do it.

Resilient figured out that we love tricking out anything, even AKs

Love the suppressor extremely well made and sounds amazing only downside is I wish it had lugs to lock the suppressor to the front sight with the detent. Other then that amazing product

Great looking suppressor. It is an ak suppressor and that platform doesn’t make for the quietest host but it does a pretty good job. It comes with an insert that’s threaded for 24×1.5 for most modern aks with 74 style brakes. The insert can be removed and you’re left with bravo mount threads, so you have some versatility. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it doesn’t have any dimples to catch the spring loaded pin on the front of ak sight so it wants to back off of some guns so you have to check on it every so often so you don’t get a baffle strike. I think it would be an easy redesign of the thread insert to fix the issue.

Good can, it is not as heavy as it looks and runs especially well on 300 blackout subs.

Distinct look, quality gas mitigation nothing coming back through my Ak action. No need for the extra rubber seal on a dust cover. Sound mitigation produced a lower tone and hearing safe no ringing outdoors. Dissipates heat quickly 150 ish rounds in no complaints. See saiga 556 attached standard Piston no Kns needed.

Amazing !!

Great suppressor. Craftsmanship was perfect. It fits perfectly right out of the box on several AKs that I use in various calibers. Definitely has that Russian look to it. Dampens recoil very well.

Honestly, I bought this suppressor because it looked goofy.. I don’t even have an ak, but I’m gonna get one now! Recoil and sound is much more managed by this thing and I love how it looks.

we are currently testing this can and will put it head to head with other cans in class on our channel Silencer syndicate

I love it!! Was looking for an AK silencer and got to see these at quiet in the capitol and kalashbash earlier this year. I was sold after quiet in the capitol and ordered one the next week. If you remove the insert that it comes with it screws onto a jmac break which was a big plus. Can looks and sounds great, no complaints.

If you own a lot of AK’s this is the Can to have. I’ve only had it for a week and only shot on one of my AK’s. It didnt alter the ejection drastically because of the flow through design. I doubled up on ear pro because I was inside, but it took a lot of the blast my short barreled 7.62×39 has in an indoor range.

This is my first suppressor I’ve ever purchased, but I’ve watched many videos on various suppressors for the AK platform and I’ve been around folks using dead air etc. I used cheap Tula steel case ammo and threw the can on my KR-103. My buddy and I were shocked at how quiet it was with cheap supersonic ammo. Also the reduced recoil was nice as well.

Great chunky suppressor. If only it could be disassembled for cleaning.

Great suppressor and works great on my PSA Krink in 300 Blackout. Super quiet with subsonic and can even shoot them without ear pro. I would still recommend using ear protection when shooting supersonics though. Love the fact that you can change the mount to place/use on a different gun.

As for AK cans the Putnik is right up there with the Wolverine for looks. However it does out perform the Wolverine in gas reduction & overall performance. You will definitely feel the recoil reduction on shorter configurations due to op-rod dwell time & being more reduced back pressure than the traditional wolverine baffle design.
If you are looking for a can to fit the aesthetic; It is a must buy. However you will want to mount the Putnik with either a JMAC X37 HUB-360 or a Rearden (plan-B) device to avoid the can from backing off. It does not utilize the front sight base index pin like a Wolverine (unless you also converted to HUB or Plan-B as well.).
