The Surefire SOCOM 300 SPS is a fast-attach, .30 caliber suppressor that boasts premium sound suppression in its category. Due to its highly-specialized V-shaped baffle design, the best-in-class SOCOM 300 SPS is able to achieve unprecedented levels of sound attenuation with .300 Blackout (subsonic and supersonic), in addition to .308 and .300WM ammunition. This versatile silencer is also very effective in suppressing the 5.56mm round. The perks (and bullseyes) just keep coming with this Surefire option!
Producing out of calming California, Surefire crafted the SOCOM 300 SPS unit with the intention of offering a highly-effective, durable, and reliable silencer to firearm fanatics. With military-based roots, Surefire produces an impressive line of suppressors for all of your can needs.
Further Intel:
Constructed of Inconel—an advanced, high-temperature alloy—and stainless steel, the compact (8”) and lightweight (20 ounces) Surefire SOCOM 300 SPS is easily maneuverable, adding minimal length and weight to the host firearm. Moreover, its convenience is a huge benefit! Sporting a precision indexing setup and employing computer-controlled welding, this suppressor securely mounts to a SOCOM-compatible Surefire muzzle brake or flash hider via its patented fast-attach system. It was designed for easy removal after extended firing and produces minimal and consistent point-of-impact shift. Plus, its solid Inconel blast baffle further enhances the silencer’s overall strength, making it durable enough for full-time, full-auto use. Whoa, mama!

Kyle Kirby –
Very quiet. This is also the first can I have shot that has no first round pop which should be impossible. It’s hearing safe and with subs you only hear the action.
Andrew L –
its amazing worth every cent

This made my cordless paper puncher fun and quiet ! works well on the gas type paper punchers.
William J –
Wonderful product. Excellent sound suppression. Extremely easy installation.
Mitchel H –
I attached this to a Sig Rattler and couldn’t be happier. It’s made with the quality that you would expect from Surefire. An audible first shot snap then it gets quiet as can be.
Would absolutely purchase another
George W –
Great lockup/retention system, very quiet suppressor, even on 308.
Douglas B –
I am very impressed with this product. I would buy it again and again. The only issue I had was waiting so long for the tax stamp.
VEN B –
Absolutely love it! Should have done it sooner

I bought this can back in April 2023 and submitted form4 on 5/25/23. Received approval 10/23/23 but had the opportunity to shoot it multiple times before approval due to my dealer having a shooting range.
Super impressive sound and amazing build quality, but it’s a surefire so that was to be expected. It’s quieter on a 5.56 than the rc2 but that’s at the cost of increased back pressure. It can be a little gassy on my 16” 5.56(BCM), but only if I try to shoot fast. When added to my 16”, it turns the rifle into a friggin musket, so I won’t use it much on that rifle, but at least it performs well if I do.. At 20oz and 7.9” he’s definitely a chonky boi, but he quiet and strong.

Quieter than a mosquito’s fart

It’s not so much the product, it’s great, it’s about the value that silencer shop provides.
Eric P –
Great quality product
Jeff S –
Great mounting system, reliably built, and not too heavy. Not the quietest for 300BO, which is what i bought it for, but the versatility from 5.56 to .300BO is great.
If you’re looking for the quietest, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for veritility and durability, then this will have you set.

It may seem like a lot of money but it’s worth every penny. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

This suppressor is great. a little expensive but is built like a tank.
Customer service at Silencer Shop is the best.
my original FFL went out of business while waiting months just to certify so Silencer Shop had to get involved, I chose a new FFL and had my suppressor in a few weeks!!!!
next suppressor, a direct thread rimfire for a .17WSM.

This is a great product. The approval does take a while which is a good thing Fit perfectly on my rifle. I actually had it installed to make shure alignments were correct.
Greg B –
Great suppressor for .300 Black out. Much better for it then the 762RC2
Christopher W –
This is my first suppressor and recommended by FFA . I really enjoy it and looking forward to hunting hogs and coyotes.
Kelly C –
Excellent choice. I spent months researching on the best can. I am very pleased with my decision.
Socom 300 on Mini14 in 300blk.
Do not need ears on to shoot and cycles perfectly. Quieter than a 22lr, unsuppressed by far.
POI changed by about 18in.
