The Thunder Beast Ultra 9CB suppressor is a highly efficient precision rifle unit. Its full-size build (9”) offers shooters a premium .30 caliber or 6.5mm option when maximum suppression is ideal. If premium sound reduction is preferred, this is the Ultra can for you!
Located in the astonishing beauty of Wyoming, TBAC was established with the goal of manufacturing the best sound suppressor for precision and long-range shooting. Accuracy is their top priority, and the Thunder Beast Ultra 9CB’s design and performance provide direct hits in the 7.62mm rifle market.
Further Intel
Crafted with a lightweight titanium, the Ultra 9CB weighs 11.9 ounces, which increases its overall durability. In addition, the CB designation refers to Thunder Beast’s compact brake mount—a thread over muzzle brake-type setup—which is an extension of their popular Ultra line of suppressors. To that end, this unit is ideal for .300 Blackout rifles, so be sure to put it to the test while at the gun range. With said CB mount, the suppressor mates to a conical shoulder on the brake and locks extremely tight. Moreover, via a simple factory service operation, this silencer also has the flexibility to be changed from a CB mount to a direct-thread configuration, just in case you prefer that setup. Needless to say, the Thunder Beast Ultra 9CB offers versatility in a precision and long-range option!

Light-weight…adds virtually no weight to the end of the barrel. Aside from the overall length, its an afterthought while shooting.
Suppressed…greatly reduces noise. Currently on my .243 shooting a 90gr Nossler round going 3000+FPS, comparable to my .177 Savage firing noise.
Superior quality…being made with Titanium, virtually worry-free in handling.

It has worked on everything from a 10.5 .223 pistol to my .260 rifle. No detriment to accuracy, that’s the major accomplishment with this.

For my first, and possibly only silencer, I wanted the best I could find. I can’t say that TBAC is the best, but it is for me. Between the lightweight, db reduction, and ACCURACY, when and if I get another, TBAC will be my choice. What sealed it for me was at a shooting match, I heard a guy shooting, and it literally sounded like air rushing out of a tube. Thinking they were sub sonic rounds, I asked him about it. TBAC Ultra 9, 30 cal on a 6mm be…full power loads ! I shoot in slot of matches where guys shoot cans, and on the relays where cans are in, my muffs stay on the bench….I still recommend ear protection, but it really is that much difference. As far as accuracy is concerned , I use it on guns from a 300 Ultra mag, 6.5creed, 6mm Norma Dashed, and 223’s….all shoot better with the can, than without it… rsbhunter P.S. The Kiosk makes it “stupid” easy to do all the paperwork….. Worth an extra $50.00 for the lack of grief !!!!!

This is a great modular suppressor. Really helps protect my hearing and the noise is much less offensive to others. Buying process was easy using the Silencer Shop kiosk, and my dealer, Rocky Mountain Gun Club took care of everything.

No more earplugs and no more recoil! The ultra 9 is is super quiet and did not affect my accuracy at all. Couldn’t be happier, great job by tbac.

Really nice suppressor. Keeps the hogs from running off in the next field over.

TB makes a great suppressor. The ultra 9 is light and quiet. I have 1k+ rounds through in 7mm , .308
And they functions like new. The 7mm w/ a 26″ barrel is long but its so damm quiet, I can live with the length..308 is a 20″ and is a pleasure to shoot. Hot handloads or subs. These cans just do thier job and do it well.
Also have a .338ba which mostly gets subs through it. It lives on a 20″ .338 win mag that is remarkably tame with that can and supers.
My only gripe would be $125 for the cb breaks.
They are however, beautifully machined to last a lifetime.

I like that I can put the brakes on all my guns, and then just screw the suppressor onto the gun whenever I want to suppress that particular gun. Also, I put the 1/2-28 – .223 brakes on my AR’s and the 5/8 -24 brakes on my other rifles. The only think I don’t like is that they only have available .223 brake diameter with 1/2-28 or .308 diameter brake with 5/8-24 threads. I would prefer to have a wider variety of diameter sizes and threads so I could brake my 6mm, 6.5mm and 7mm with their specific diameter and thread on the barrel. Some are 1/2-28 and some are 5/8-24. Never the less, it is nice to have all my guns braked, and if I want, to simply screw the suppressor on.

Thunder Beast 9. First time buyer. Didn’t know anything. Silencer Shop made the process as smooth as a banana daiquiri. Answered all the questions, kept me up to date on the process. Thanks guys.

This is a great suppressor. I use it on 6.5 through 300 win mag. The muzzle brake adaptor makes it really simple to move the can to different rifles.

Thunderbeast ultra 9 turned out better than expected. Very light and accurate. Sound reduction was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. You want the best , get a Thunderbeast.

No problems at 1000 yards. Used on both of 65 Creedmoor and a 300 PRC

As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, suppressors are no exception to this and though it’s among the most expensive it’s possibly the best I’ve ever tried in terms of noise reduction, incredibly low weight, and zero poi shift. The fit and finish are also top notch and exactly what I’ve come to expect from thunder beast arms. I’m using it on everything from a 6mm cm to 300 Norma mag on an accuracy international AXMC as well as a Remington 700 5r milspec 223

This was my first suppressor and I absolutely love it! Excellent sound suppression and build quality. The point of impact shift is consistent when mounting or removing the suppressor, so I can run both suppressed or unsuppressed during the same competition and have little to no issue (as long as I use the correct holds).

Works well – used on 300. Helps protect your ears from what would otherwise be a deafening sound.

Have not received the suppressor yet, so cannot give review
