Building on years of success with the USS 22 silencer design, good ol Tom Bowers has released – to our knowledge – the smallest, wipeless, magnum rated silencer on the rimfire market. The idea was to create a silencer that performed to “hearing safe” standards on a pistol without any of the additional size or weight to bulk your host firearm down. The Bitty is the culmination of that endevor and performs as well as most “full size” silencers on a rifle.
Further Intel
Fans and owners of Bowers silencers will already be familiar with the baffle design of the Bitty. Coming in at a scant 2.8 inches in length, it holds three steel baffles and an aluminum spacer within the titanium tube. The front and rear caps are both aluminum as well, are both removeable (with included wrench) and sport a new insert-less design to save weight and length.

Little small but works well to get rid of the crack that comes from a 17 hmr and also .22 pistol. Love it and plan to take many a squirrel and rabbit with it in place!

Grate price for the quality, toughest 22 can I’ve seen. The suppression on rifles is remarkable. Considering how small it is. This is not very effective as a pistol can, that said it’s do small I try will fit in some universal holsters as if it were just a long barrel.

Pretty loud can. But my main complaint is the esthetics. The front end cap that is pictured on the website that is flush fitting and clean is (according to bowers) no longer being made. The front cap I got does not fit flush and screws into the body of the suppressor and does not look good at all.

I used this on an M9A1-22. Its a little bit quieter, but not a whole lot. When used on a ruger 22 rifle, it was much nicer, when using subsonic ammo.
I really wanted it to work better on the handgun. But is it worth it, yes. they are inexpensive, and “cute”.

This is a great little suppressor! It works extremely well on a standard length 10/22. It is pretty loud on most handguns though. Remember, it is just advertised as hearing safe and not super quiet!

Super smalland light. I have used. 22 silencers that may be a bit more quiet but on my Buckmark, this is so sorry that I can holster my gun normally while this suppressor is attached with barely any adjustment. Pretty awesome.

The Bowers Bitty is a great can for it’s size. There are quieter .22 rimfire suppressors, but not ones that fit in the palm of your hand. It’s a fantastic little work horse and would be a great addition to a collection.

Put it on my CZ PRS22 rifle, ran a 22 KYL rack at 100 yards with no problems. Bower’s exceed my expectations with this beautiful little baby!
