CAT’s BBK HUB Ti is a 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium .338 can built for modern big-bore setups. The SNIPER3 core is tuned for the pressure profile of 338 ARC and 8.6 BLK subsonic loads while still supporting longer-barrel magnums. The rear is HUB 1.375×24, so you can choose direct thread or add your preferred QD system. Specs are 9.5 inches long, 1.8 inches in diameter, and 15.5 ounces with a DLC finish. Manufacturer guidance calls out an 8 inch minimum barrel for 338 ARC and 8.6 BLK, a 20 inch minimum for magnums, and an optimized velocity window of 1,000 to 2,100 fps. For best results, follow the manual’s heat management guidance and torque a direct thread mount to 25-30 ft-lb. The BBK ships without a mount so you can select the correct thread for your host.
