The CAT ODB Titanium is a top-tier 30-caliber suppressor that combines lightweight construction with exceptional sound and backpressure reduction. Utilizing 3D-printed construction and high-grade titanium materials, the ODB Ti offers superior sound suppression while maintaining minimal weight, making it ideal for tactical shooters, hunters, and recreational use.
The ODB Ti is designed for use on gas-driven carbines such as the AR15, AR10, and AK-style rifles. It is rated for .223 up to 7.62 NATO. The SURGE BYPASS baffle design limits gas blowback, so your guns run smoothly without tuning and keep the gas out of your face. While limiting backpressure, SUREGE BYPASS also cuts down on sound. The ODB is a very high-performing 30-caliber suppressor.

The built-in QD system provides amazing lockup and accuracy, utilizing a taper mount and left-handed threads to keep the silencer secure. HUB mount allows you to customize the silencer with your choice of direct thread or quick detach adapter, you’ll get a 5/8×24 direct thread in the box.
Beyond top-tier sound performance, weight savings, and back pressure reduction, the CAT ODB also offers easy maintenance. Just dunk the suppressors in CAT206, a cleaning solution designed for CATS Ti and Inconel suppressors, and it will come out as good as new so you maintain top performance.

I purchased this can due to the rave review from PEW Science. This is my first 3D printed can, and was surprised by how much Titanium dust particles that needed to be cleared before doing anything with it. So don’t thread it on before ensuring all of the loose particles are out. So far the can has functioned great, and is very lightweight. A little pricey for a brand new and rather unestablished manufacturer, but definitely a good choice if you are looking for a “one and done” suppressor.

After watching videos on the CAT ODB, I decided that I had to have one. I’m so glad now that I have it. The CAT ODB (CGS) is now my favorite can of all of my cans. PERFECT for a 300 blackout or any 30 cal firearm, but because of it’s flow through design the semi-autos get a big benefit from using this can. Works perfect on AK’s also, just as the videos on YouTube show.

I hadn’t seen a written review on this suppressor. I spoke with staff at Flashpoint firearms looking for some help and advice on a 30 cal suppressor. It’s been used on my bolt action 300 blackout. I was impressed with the overall performance and sound quality. Didn’t hurt that it’s only about 8oz. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this suppressor.

This is a piece of art. Blowback is nearly non existent and it’s one of the quietest suppressors I have used or heard. You can empty a 30 round mag at a pretty decent rate before hitting the temperature limit. Really happy with it.

The CAT hype is real. I bought a Ti ODB for use on a Scar17s primarily. On every metric, it beats other silencers I’ve bought before – weight, length, sound, POI shift, etc. my only complaint is that CAT made me feel like crap thinking about the wasted money on my older silencers 🙁

I went with the Ti version for the weight savings vs Inconel, as it’ll reside on a 300 BO that will primarily be a hog gun. Approx 250 rounds through it and couldn’t be happier. Very little backpressure, virtually no gas to the face. Ejects same with and without can. Totally hearing safe with subs and seems that way with supers, but no meter to get actual db. Very happy with purchase.
