Silencer Shop will email a DocuSign to you. Please review and digitally sign the file from your computer or mobile device.
Set up your ATF eForms account at eforms.atf.gov. Make sure your email, name, and address match your Silencer Shop profile information exactly.
You’ll receive an email from Silencer Shop that says “Ready to Certify” and includes the phone number of your local Powered by Silencer Shop dealer. Set up a time to certify and submit the form to the ATF for processing.

This is my first suppressor, and I have to say that this can blew away my expectations! Knowing that the Lahar 30 is a fairly new-to-market can, I was unsure because there were really no reviews of it other than YouTube videos from the manufacturer. I absolutely love the look of it, which was a big factor in what I was looking for too. It was meant for a .300 Blackout, and having fired my friend’s 300 with subs, I knew what to somewhat expect. So, I swapped barrels to my 5.56 (10.5 inch) and prayed for the best. Well, I could not believe the reduction in sound with supersonic 5.56! Obviously not whisper quiet, but even my buddy, who’s had lots of experience with suppressors, was super impressed and that’s saying a lot coming from him! He even said he’s going to be buying one as soon as he can. Overall, the look and feel as well as the performance were more than I could have hoped for with my first suppressor. And it looks great on my Aero Precision M4!

Very impressed with this suppressor. Shooting supersonic 300blk loads no hearing protection is needed. Subsonic 300blk is quieter than my pellet rifle.

Process was extremely easy. Will definitely be using again. This is my first can but Aero sales great products and this can is built tough. I used the Dead Air keymo mounting system and it works perfectly with this can. This can makes shooting more pleasant especially once you dial in your adjustable gas block and charging handle designed to reduce suppressed gas blow back. I’m now waiting on the K version of this can.

Everyone that handled the Lahar 30 commented how nice of a suppressor it felt. Aero started out as a machine shop for the aerospace industry so their welds look amazing and the rest of the can is built like a tank. Amazing value for the price and it sounds great on both 308 and 5.56

This is my first can so my opinion is probably a bit biased, especially considering not a lot of people bring their cans to my local ranges. For the price, I’d be hard pressed to say there are very many other suppressors that offer the same or better value than a Lahar-30 when you can find it on sale (which was very often when I bought mine). It’s a bit on the heavy side, but for a can this short to perform and sound this good is certainly something to be commended. Highly recommend for any body’s first can.

Finally took my PSA Jakl 300BO to the range and put some rounds thru the Lahar 30. I noticed immediately that it helped with recoil even shooting “hot” ammo. Subs felt like I was shooting a pellet gun.
