HUXWRX Flow 556 Ti Suppressor
Flow-Through design vents gas forward, so your AR stays clean without extra tuning. The 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium can measures just 6.8 in long and 1.8 in wide, tipping the scale at 11.4 oz. A GeoFlash cap cuts muzzle flash, while the HUXWRX Torque Lock mount’s left-hand threads keep it rock-solid under full-auto fire. I will do this in steps.
Backorder: waited 2 months and Im skeptical they cannot give an ETA on a serial number item. They know how many they have ordered and whats being shipped because it all needs paperwork. Waited longer to ship than I did for my 48 hour form 4 approval. Do better SS
Gas mitigation: running on a 11.5 mcx, virtually no gas in the face even on mag dumps. In comparison to what else I have ran on this gun its not even close… this can is amazing at gas mitigation (ran a sandman s, RC2 and velos)
Sound: Too my ear is noticeably more quiet than the sandman, rc2, velos and a guy was running a 10.3 RC3 at the range and the flow 556 TI was clearly more quiet than the RC3.
I had to switch my gas setting to + bc every few rounds it would not cycle. On every other can it would be over gassed and i would have to switch to the – setting. Thats how legit this can is and I bet it would be great on a DI platform. No adjustable block needed. I ran 800 rounds (77gr) and it was CLEAN compared to when I ran with other “flow” style cans. Looked like I ran maybe 4 mags or so. No walking off and after about 250 rounds the sparking went away while shooting with nods.
BOTTOM LINE: best 556 can i have ever used (sandman s, RC2 and Velos i have also used). I did not use scientific tools…. But lets be real perception is reality and it was clearly better than anything else I have used on my MCX.
One flaw… the tool hux sent marred up when connecting the MD. Should use a harder metal, and yes i used a 3/8s torque to put it on. Do better hux.

Makes my Tavor X95 more enjoyable to shoot. Have only used it on an indoor range but it makes a big difference. One recommendation for fellow Tavor users: get those aftermarket gas seal devices from Manticore Arms or 3 Panther. Shooting suppressed makes the gas in your face almost unbearable without them.

The HUXWRX FLOW 556 TI solved my problem of gas in the face of a left-handed shooter. Tried it on three different hosts. On the Ruger 556 it worked great, took the gas away and greatly reduced the noise level. On the M&P 15-22 all I hear is the action going back and forth and the rounds hitting the plates. On a bolt action CZ 457 22 magnum I could still hear the “crack” of the round but the shot was very quiet. The first 200 rounds through the 556 had a lot of sparkles until the residue from the titanium printing was blasted out.

This was my first suppressor purchase. I wanted to start with a dedicated 5.56 for my main rifle. I have some experience with the flow 556k which is not a bad can either for its size. I can surely tell you that this can is very very quiet compared to the k. It’s also quieter than a lot of other cans in the same size and weight category. I put 300 rounds on it the first time I took it out and then an additional 310 rounds the second time. The flash hider is still tight and after the can cooled off completely I had no issues with the torque lock making it excessively hard to get off. The first 50 shots or so had some decent sparking to them and with over 600 rounds on it now it usually doesn’t spark and if it does it’s one small spark not anything crazy like some people rave about on the internet. This can came in about 83 dollars more than the flow 556 k I wanted to get at my local gun shop. I can tell you that extra money was worth every penny when it comes to actual sound suppression. After letting it get good and hot on the range I took my ear pro off and dumped a mag and it didn’t hurt my ears or give me any discomfort at all. I do not recommended shooting without ear protection no matter how quite you think a can is but If you want to try it out for a few shots to see what it would be like, you’ll be very surprised how quite it is for a 5.56 can.
