The versatility and ability to adapt the can to the desired mission is fantastic. Not the quietest can in the world, but that is to be expected and its modularity outweighs that negative.
Of concern, is the lack of a muzzle device for the taper mount for .578×28 TPI thread used in the new and very popular Ruger LC45. Even though JK advertises the Bald Eagle muzzle device in that thread (see attached information card that JK hands out with each purchase) it is not available, will not be available and has never been available upon speaking to their customer service reps and sales manager. This is a huge drawback and quite frankly I would have gone a different route if I had known this BEFORE purchasing.

Already my second 155 45 from jk. Got one setup for qd for pcc’s and the other with a silencerco bravo mount ( piston and tri lug adaptable ) for pistols. There good for the money and lightweight. Couldn’t be happier

Just so folks are aware JK is boring out these aluminum baffles AFTER the anodization process for the .45 caliber. So instead of a hard coat anodizing on the most important wear area (the baffle opening) you have bare aluminum. They are just taking their anodized 9mm baffles and increasing the size. On other materials it’s not a big deal to do that (still janky as heck) but for aluminum to not have that anodization really makes a big difference on wearability.
Overall just annoyed at the quality. The outer coating/anodizing seems really poor, it scratches easy, and it comes with an aluminum taper mount which with any manipulation you immediately mar up. I cannot imagine an aluminum taper mount is going to hold up to being threaded onto a steel muzzle device and being ground against that for lock-up. It’s a fairly loud suppressor as well, which is to be expected with its design.
Overall I just feel like I bought a $500 “solvent trap” that Wish or Alibaba was selling.

I have two different JK 155 VersaX (.30 and .45) cans and all of them have been a huge disappointment. Don’t be fooled by the low price, you still have to buy adapters to be able to use them. Of all the cans I own, these are by far the worst and offer very little noise reduction. I’m astonished that there are any positive reviews.

I’ve now run this suppressor on just about everything I can. .22 pistols it’s so quiet it’s unreal, 300 Blackout rifle(16″) is a joy, and you mostly just hear the action cycling, various 9mm and .45 pistols, my 22lr bolt gun, and a pair of MP5s. Overall, it performs flawlessly, it’s incredibly adaptable to various platforms, and incredibly versatile. When you factor in the price, this thing is an incredible package. My ONLY complaint is that the anodizing is easily scratched, but that’s a fairly minor complaint, and if that’s the only sacrifice I have to make to get this performance out of a can for this price, then it’s beyond worth it to me.

Don’t waste your money, absolute trash. I’ve tried every baffle stack combo from 1-6 wet and dry. Used on a 5.5 inch 45acp bolt action

One of the best 45 suppressors I’ve bought. Not only was the price good but the quality and sound is actually good. The only downside I didn’t like is that majority of their cans are sold with a Taper Mount making it harder to use the suppressor straight out the box. So if you’re interested in one, I would buy a Direct Thread mount or either one of their muzzle devices before purchasing a can. Total process only took 8 days, definitely going to buy another one through Silencer Shop.
